I was out having dinner the other night at a fancy restaurant and felt so bad for the parents of 4 very loud, cranky and out of contol kids, who were moslty under the age of about 7. I could see that they were trying their best but it was so hard to enjoy my dinner with kids running up and down the aisles, screaming, hitting and throwing food. The poor parents looked like they wanted to crawl into a hole. I heard the women at the table next to me say, "Kids shouldn't be allowed."
This is actually a rule in some restaurants. One restaurant in Pennsylvania banned kids under the age of 6 in their establishment and many more places have followed suit.
